Form Factory: turnkey delivery
We executed the FF project as the general contractor, with our scope of work also including the coordination of the investor’s nominated contractors. The execution required precise planning and coordination of both construction and technological processes to ensure the project was completed to the required quality standards and within the specified deadline.

Project Management
We provided complete construction management, including the coordination of all involved contractors, schedule oversight, and the preparation of handover documentation.
Construction & Fit-out Works
We carried out a wide range of construction works, focusing on drywall installation, insulation, screeds, core drilling, and final surface finishes, including wall and floor tiling and painting.
Technology & MEP Services
The project also featured the comprehensive implementation of technologies and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. We installed ventilation with heat recovery, including the placement of new units on the shopping center roof, cooling systems, and heat pumps. The scope also covered complete distribution networks for water, sewage, electrical wiring, IT, fire alarms, automated sprinkler systems, and voice evacuation sound systems.
Interior & Functional Elements
Inside, we installed specialized rubber sports flooring and wooden sports parquet. We also supplied custom joinery elements, such as the reception desk, lockers, and podiums. The scope also included Corian washbasins, mirrors, and metalworks—handrails, shelves, steel structures, and steel trimmers. We completed the project by installing sanitary ware and acoustic systems.
The project was successfully completed and handed over on schedule and to the requested quality standards, fully meeting the investor’s expectations.
