A tailored office floor
We transformed the entire floor into a fully fledged and modernly equipped office environment, ready for immediate use—without long-term commitments and with fair conditions.
We provided the entire architectural modification of the space, including a layout proposal and interior design. We installed HVAC, heating systems, cooling, and sanitary installation thereby ensuring ideal heat and air comfort for everyday operation.
We realised complete internal electrical wiring—heavy-current and weak current (LAN), including tachnology for safe access and communication. The offices are equipped with a camera system, electronic fire alarm protection (EFA), voice fire alarm (VFA), and stable fire extinguishing equipment (SFE). Fire safety of the building was comprehensively addressed in accordance with standards.
The space includes a modern connference room with a reservation system and access via chip card, which guarantees efficient use of space and access control.
The result is a flexible and technically prepared space that meets the demands of contemporary tenant—without compromise and with an emphasis on quality.
