FF Project Execution: Comprehensive Management and Turnkey Handover
We acted as the general contractor for the FF project, with full responsibility for coordinating the entire process, including subcontractors nominated by the investor.
The success of the execution was built on precise planning and the synergy of construction and technological disciplines, allowing us to deliver the project to the highest standards and exactly on schedule.
Scope of Work and Our Solutions:
Project Management: We provided comprehensive construction management, timeline oversight, and the preparation of final documentation.
Construction & Fit-out Works: From drywall installation, insulation, and screeds to craftsmanship details such as wall and floor tiling and painting.
Technology & MEP Services: We implemented comprehensive systems, including ventilation with heat recovery (including the installation of rooftop units on the shopping center), cooling, heat pumps, and all utility networks (electrical, IT, fire alarms, automated sprinkler systems, and sound systems).
Interior & Functional Details: We supplied specialized sports surfaces (rubber, parquet) and custom bespoke furniture (reception desk, lockers). The project also included premium materials such as Corian, design mirrors, and complex metalwork structures.
The project was successfully completed and handed over on schedule and to the requested quality standards, fully meeting the investor’s expectations.
