Form Factory: A space that breathes movement.
We delivered a comprehensive fit-out of a new location for our client, Form Factory, in Trenčín.
We covered the entire process from A to Z – from initial planning and coordination of trades to final cleaning and turnkey delivery.
Scope of Work: The project required precise coordination of construction and technological processes. Techno box services provided:
- Project Management: Complete construction management, coordination of contractors, and preparation of handover documentation.
- Construction & Fit-out Works: Drywall construction, insulation, screeds, core drilling, and surface finishes (wall and floor tiling, painting).
- Technology & MEP Services: Installation of HVAC systems with heat recovery, including the placement of new units on the shopping center roof, cooling systems, heat pumps, and complete distribution networks (water, sewage, electrical wiring, IT, fire alarms, automated sprinkler systems, and voice evacuation sound systems).
- Interior & Functionality: Installation of specialized sports flooring, supply of custom joinery (reception desk, podiums), metalwork (handrails, shelves, steel structures, steel trimmers), installation of sanitary ware and acoustic systems.
The project was delivered on schedule and to the requested quality standards.
The result is a modern space fully ready for operation, providing visitors with maximum comfort for both sports and recovery.
