Form Factory – a space with a breath of movement
For the client Form Factory, we delivered a comprehensive fit-out of a new facility within the Rínok Rača project. The brief was clear: to transform a shell-and-core space into a top-tier sports facility meeting the highest standards.
We managed the entire process from A to Z—from initial planning, through multidisciplinary coordination, to final cleaning and turnkey handover.
Scope of Works: The project required precise coordination of construction and technological processes. Techno Box Services provided:
- Project Management: Complete construction management, coordination of contractors, and preparation of documentation for occupancy approval.
- Construction Works: Dry construction systems, insulation, screeds, core drilling, and surface finishes (tiling, flooring, painting).
- Technologies & Building Services (MEP): Installation of ventilation with heat recovery, cooling systems, underfloor heating, heat pumps, and complete utility distribution (water, sewage, electrical, IT, fire alarm system, and sound system).
- Interior & Functionality: Installation of specialized sports flooring, delivery of custom-made joinery elements (reception desk, stages), installation of sanitary equipment, and acoustic systems.
The project was completed within the agreed timeframe and delivered in the required quality.
The result is a modern space fully prepared for operation, providing visitors with maximum comfort for both training and recovery.
