Form Factory: A space that breathes movement.
We delivered a comprehensive fit-out of a new location for our client, Form Factory, within the Rínok Rača project. The brief was clear: to transform a shell & core space into a state-of-the-art sports facility meeting the highest standards.
We covered the entire process from A to Z – from initial planning and coordination of trades to final cleaning and turnkey delivery.
Scope of Work: The project required precise coordination of construction and technological processes. Techno box services provided:
- Project Management: Complete construction management, coordination of contractors, and preparation of documentation for final building approval.
- Structural & Fit-out Works: Drywall construction, insulation, screeds, core drilling, and surface finishes (wall and floor tiling, painting).
- Technology & MEP Services: Installation of HVAC systems with heat recovery, cooling, underfloor heating, heat pumps, and complete distribution networks (water, sewage, electrical, IT, fire alarm systems, sound systems).
- Interior & Functionality: Installation of specialized sports flooring, supply of custom joinery (reception desk, podiums), installation of sanitary ware and acoustic systems.
The project was delivered on schedule and to the requested quality standards.
The result is a modern space fully ready for operation, providing visitors with maximum comfort for both sports and recovery.
