Our company provides Facility management in terms of building services engineering for Interpolis Office Center. The building services engineering includes lifts, sprinklers, heating and cooling, EFA, VFA and many other things. As part of the services provided, we also regularly carry out service tasks and maintenance by an internal facility manager.
Professional inspections (PI) and professional tests (PT) of electrical and mechanical equipment ensure that everything functions according to standards and regulations. This guarantees safety not only for employees, but also for everyone who uses the building.
Regular service and maintenance extend the life of equipment, whether it’s HVAC systems, electrical wiring, elevators, or other technical equipment.
