The description of a project
Provision of complete project management for the reconstruction of a warehouse hall according to the requirements of the new tenant. The project management was provided in the form of Construction Management, i.e. the selection of profession designers, contractors of construction work and professions, such as HVAC and electrical installation.
The alteration of office building in and spaces with new technological improvements was a key point of the project.
Preparation phase
- Intensive cooperation with architects and designers on planning and designing space modifications in accordance with the tenant’s requirements and needs. We ensured the optimisation of the layout and overall design of the premises.
- The creation of a schedule of the whole work for realisation as well as zoning, building, and occupancy permits. Permits are taken care of by architectural firms.
Realisation phase
- The realisation of a comprehensive layout change, which included the removal of existing plasterboard partitions and modification of electrical installations, including HVAC installation work, supply, and installation of new HVAC units.
- Creation of new facade windows in the battery factory, which contributed to better ventilation and lighting, installation of interior, antifire and sliding automatic doors between the office area and the hall so that we met the requirements of the new tenant and increased the functionality and safety of the work environment.
- The supply of the project and installation of interior heavy-current mains for a reliable electrical infrastructure in the building.
- The creation of a fire protection project for the building.
Work handover/takeover
- The checking of the processing and submission of all relevant manuals for operation and maintenance, PSV documentation (all vocational and finishing work), operator training documents, and documents of prescribed inspections and of tests during operation.
