The description of a project
Task
As part of the modernization of the food court in the Europa SC, the client approached us with a request for a comprehensive reconstruction of the technological parts – while the facility remained fully running.
The project included a change and renovation of the systems:
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Electrical installation (ELI)
- Measurement and regulation (M and R)
Solution
The realisation took place without disrupting the normal operation of the center. This required:
- Thorough coordination with the facility operator and tenants
- Precisely timed stage replacements of both outdoor and indoor units of HVAC routes.
- Compliance with the highest safety and operational standards
The comfort of visitors and tenants of the center was taken into consideration when the work was carried out.
The result
During three months:
- We increased efficiency and reliability of systems by replacing technological equipment
- We ensured modern, cost-saving and sustainable operation of the food court
- We disrupted the operation of the facility very little thanks to precise preparation and team coordination
